CCTV & surveillance
Cameras are the easy part.
Storage, retention and integration are the job.
Anyone can mount a camera. A surveillance system that satisfies your insurer, your regulator and your own operations team is an engineering exercise: the right cameras, storage sized to your real retention requirement, and clean integration with fire alarm and access control — documented and handed over.
Designed to the SIRA standard
Surveillance in Dubai is governed by SIRA regulations — camera coverage, image quality, retention periods and system integrity all have defined requirements. We design and deliver to that standard, and where a project requires SIRA-certified execution or approvals, we deliver it together with SIRA-approved partners, with one point of responsibility: us. You get a system built to pass inspection, not argue with it — designed against a checklist we've refined across a decade of Dubai sites.
Retention is arithmetic, not guesswork
The most common failure we see in existing systems: recorders that quietly overwrite footage after a few days because storage was never sized to the retention requirement. We size it on paper before a single device is ordered:
- Camera plan — coverage mapped to your floor plan, resolutions and lenses chosen per scene, low-light and licence-plate positions treated as their own problems.
- Storage engineering — NVR, NAS or tiered storage sized from camera count × bitrate × retention days, with RAID redundancy and expansion headroom.
- Network discipline — PoE power budgets and cable-distance limits calculated per switch, so every camera runs inside spec instead of at the edge of it.
- Fire alarm & access control integration — surveillance tied into the systems it must work with, so events correlate instead of living in three separate consoles.
- Handover documentation — as-built drawings, the asset register in your client portal, and credentials transferred to you. It is your system; you hold the keys.
Already have cameras?
We audit existing installations against the same arithmetic: real retention achieved, blind spots, failed drives, firmware exposure, and whether footage would actually survive the day you need it. Straight findings, in writing — if the system is fine, we say it is fine.
